Agrimony: this is a perennial herbaceous plant, which grows in the form of a small shrub in areas of temperate climate. The flower tips of this plant of ancient origins are used. Rich in flavonoids and tannins, it maintains throat health.
Blackcurrant: this is a bush whose fruits are round black berries filled with seeds. Celebrated for its use as a bud extract, many parts of this plant are used for its different actions, including for maintaining the health of the nose and throat.
Passion flower: The name is derived from the Latin ‘passiflora’, meaning passion flower, due to the similarity of certain parts of the plant to the religious symbols of Christ’s passion. The green parts are used, which are harvested from June to September. The ancient Aztecs used passion flowers as a relaxant.
Echinacea: known since the time of native American Indians, its properties are some of the most researched of the natural world. It supports the body’s natural defences and improves upper respiratory tract function.
