Guar Gum: The gum is obtained from the seeds of the guar plant. It is a dietary fibre, which primarily contains galactomannans (polysaccharides), which in contact with water form a viscous gel.
Green tea: Camellia Sinensis is known as the tea plant as its active parts are used to prepare tea. The extract is obtained from the leaves and helps to balance to body weight and has a draining function.
Birch: This very sturdy tree, which was used to build boats and components of shoes, as it is impermeable. The extract from its leaves improves the drainage of excess fluids.
Lespedeza: This is a plant that grows easily in clay soil, in full sunlight. It is rich in flavonoids and tannins and improves the drainage of body fluids.
Guaranà: Known by the Indios of the Amazon and the “force of life” as it exerts a tonic, stimulant action. It stimulates the metabolism, helping to balance body weight. It also contains caffeine.

Recommended dose and method of use
Take 30 ml daily diluted in a litre of water and drink throughout the day. In alternative, dilute 30 ml in a large glass of water and take preferably in the morning before breakfast.
