Flax Oil: This oil was used by the ancient Egyptians for its properties, particularly its skin emollient action. Its seeds, from which the oil is extracted, contain vitamins, minerals and fatty acids, including α-linolenico acid (ALA) and linoleic acid (AL), respectively precursors of omega 3 and omega 6 fatty acids. It improves cell membrane function and lipid metabolism.-Chia oil: The seeds of this plant were the preferred food of the Aztechs and the Maya. Legend has it that Aztech warriors gained the strength to win their battles from -Chia seeds. They are an important source of α-linolenic acid (ALA) and linoleic acid (AL), respectively precursors of omega 3 and omega 6 fatty acids.-Vitamin E: This is a fat-soluble vitamin. It exerts an antioxidant action, protects the cells from oxidative stress, which develops when the balance between free radicals and antioxidant substances is altered.
Recommended dose and method of use
