DHA: This is one of the most abundant fatty acids (of the Omega 3 series) found in the cell membranes in the central nervous system. It helps to maintain normal brain function. It is not only found in fish oil, but also in a particular type of seaweed, from which it can be extracted.-Green tea: The leaves are processed without fermenting to preserve a higher quantity of polyphenols. It also contains vitamins and flavonoids. It has a tonic effect, reduces tiredness and improves cognitive functions. The polyphenols also exert an antioxidant action.-Ginkgo biloba: This is a very ancient plant, which appeared about 200 million years ago. It regulates circulation, including microcirculation. It also improves memory and cognitive functions.-Vitamin E: Vitamin E comprises a family of substances structurally or biologically similar to the better known alpha-tocopherol. It protects cells from the damaging action of free radicals, which cause cell aging.-Coenzyme Q10: Also known as Ubiquinone, it is the principal nutrient of mitochondria, intracellular organelles involved in energy production. Mitochondria are found in all cells of our body and as a consequence so is coenzyme Q10, or Ubiquinone.
