The first barrier we encounter is the <strong>skin<\/strong>, immediately followed by <strong>intestine<\/strong> and mucous membranes. The <strong>intestine<\/strong> is the main entryway for substances (food, but also pathogens) into our bodies.<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #008000;\"><strong>1. Reinforcing barriers<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><strong>Probiotics:<\/strong> The well-being of the intestine inevitably passes from the health of the &#8220;good&#8221; bacterial flora present. It also has <strong>antioxidant properties<\/strong>, important for maintaining global well-being.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Vitamins and minerals:<\/strong> For the functioning of the immune system <strong>Zinc, Iron, Copper, Selenium, and vitamins A, C, D, B6, B7, B12<\/strong> are important.<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #008000;\"><strong>The winning pairs<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>There are products formulated by <strong>combining multiple substances<\/strong> to support the immune system; the synergy between the different components amplifies the action, making it as complete as possible.
