It can, however, create annoying <strong>disorders<\/strong> very similar to those of the <strong>winter season<\/strong>. Let&#8217;s see how to avoid air conditioning disorders.<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #008000;\"><strong>Why does the air conditioning hurt?<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Air conditioning is a <strong>thermal shock<\/strong> to our body. The elderly, children, and those subject to allergies, colds, and respiratory problems are the most subjects. We can all be subject. The reason is a situation of <strong>dehydration<\/strong>, already frequent in summer, of the <strong>respiratory tract\u2019s<\/strong> mucosa.<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #008000;\"><strong>What consequences can it have?<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>The respiratory tract\u2019s mucosa protects us from viruses, bacteria, dust, and other substances in the air we breathe. It can no longer defend us when it is dehydrated, and our organism becomes more susceptible to attack by external agents.<\/p>\n<p>Throat discomfort, different respiratory disorders (<strong>nose, pharynx, larynx and bronchi<\/strong>), hoarseness are some of the most typical consequences of air conditioning.<\/p>\n<p>Next to these, there are problems at the <strong>joints<\/strong> and <strong>muscles<\/strong> (e.g. torticollis) related to climatization.<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #008000;\"><strong>Practical tips for living with air conditioning<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Use the dehumidifier<\/strong> instead of the air conditioner.
