Cod Liver Oil: It is obtained from the liver organ of cod. It is rich in polyunsaturated fatty acids (including omega 3), vitamin A and vitamin D. Since it is a fatty substance, it facilitates the assimilation of these substances.
Vitamin E: It is a fat-soluble vitamin, i.e. soluble in fat or oil. It has an antioxidant action and it protects cells from oxidative stress, which develops when the balance between free radicals and antioxidant substances is altered.
