Cola and Guarana: The action of these 2 plants is useful for reducing physical and mental fatigue.
Vitamins B1 and B2: They promote energy metabolism, in addition to Vit. B2 contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
Arginine and Taurine: They are amino acids, or the primary structural unit of proteins, which carry out multiple functions in the body, including at a muscle level.
Magnesium: Magnesium contributes to energy metabolism, as well as contributing to normal muscle function and protein synthesis. Useful in situations where electrolytes are lost, such as due to excessive sweating.
Wild-flower Honey: A substance produced by bees with high nutritional value.
Fructose: Easily metabolised sugar, it can be used directly by the muscles.
