Artichokes: Contains inulin, fibre, caffeic acid derivatives (including chlorogenic acid), flavonoids. It is used in supplements to help the liver function and purify the body.
Milk thistle: Numerous components are extracted from its flowers, the most studied in the liver is silymarin. Milk thistle promotes liver function and also has an antioxidant activity.
Boldo: In addition to supporting liver function, it also has an action at a gastrointestinal level: it promotes digestion and regularity of transit.
Dandelion: Called “dandelion”, “puff-ball” or “wet-a-bed” for its liquid draining properties. It also promotes purifying functions, eliminating waste, and the proper functioning of the liver.
