Fenugreek: Fenugreek is a natural, nutrient-rich herb. Its seeds contain several functional substances.
Hops: Hops have always accompanied the history of many Nordic peoples not only for the production of beer, but also for its various properties.
Galega: It is a perennial herbaceous plant that grows spontaneously in moist but sunny soils. Since ancient times it has been used for its galactagogue action.
Cumin: It is a herbaceous plant native to Syria, whose seeds are similar to those of fennel and anise, but are smaller and darker. Cumin was much loved by the ancient Romans who used it as a condiment.
Pomegranate: The pomegranate fruit is a food rich in vitamin C and phenols. It has antioxidant properties, protecting tissues from oxidative stress.
