Flaxseed oil: Its seeds, from which the oil is derived, contain vitamins, minerals and fatty acids including α-linolenic acid (ALA) and linoleic acid (AL), precursors of omega 3 and omega 6 respectively. It promotes the functionality of cell membranes and the metabolism of lipids.
Vitamin E: It is a fat-soluble vitamin, i.e. soluble in fat or oil. It has an antioxidant action and it protects cells from oxidative stress, which develops when the balance between free radicals and antioxidant substances is altered.
