Pumpkin seed oil: It is obtained by cold pressing the pumpkin seeds. It is rich in unsaturated fatty acids (oleic and linoleic acid), vitamin E and beta-sitosterols. It helps maintain proper prostate function and promotes the urinary tract function.
Vitamin E: It is a fat-soluble vitamin, i.e. soluble in fat or oil. It has an antioxidant action and it protects cells from oxidative stress, which develops when the balance between free radicals and antioxidant substances is altered.
