Lemon Balm: The leaves are primarily used, but also the flowers and stems. It used to be considered a plant for women due to its relaxing properties. It is rich in rosmarinic acid and is therefore useful for its digestive properties and its ability to reduce intestinal gas.
Fennel: Distinction is made between wild fennel, which grows naturally, and sweet fennel, which is cultivated primarily for its fruits. It helps to eliminate gastrointestinal gas.
Chlorophyll: This is a pigment present in almost all plants, but also in algae and in some bacteria. Its function in plants is to absorb light and trigger the process of photosynthesis. Abundant sources of chlorophyll are, for example, spinach, leaf beet and broccoli.
Anise: Its aroma is similar to that of fennel seed and its flavour has a slight minty aftertaste. It promotes digestive function and regular gastrointestinal motility, eliminating intestinal gas.
Mint: This aromatic herb has an intense flavour, gives the product a very pleasant taste and also helps to eliminate intestinal gas. The essential oil is extracted from the leaves and flowering tips of the plant, which are harvested at their balsamic time.
Tindallized B. bifidum HA 132: Probiotics are “live microorganisms which when administered in adequate amounts confer a health benefit on the host. They reside in our gut, which is an important gateway to our body.
