Blueberry: is a forest fruit rich in anthocyanins that give it the characteristic blue color. In addition to having antioxidant function, it also promotes the well-being of the eyesight.
Tagete: Its flowers, which in ancient times were considered the symbol of the dead, are sources of carotenoids lutein and Zeaxanthin. It has antioxidant function and promotes the well-being of the eyesight.
Vitamin C: It is mainly contained in citrus fruit. It protects cells from oxidative stress, which occurs when the balance between free radicals and antioxidants is altered.
