Shark cartilage: It is essentially composed of mucopolysaccharides, denatured collagen and glycosaminoglycans, including chondroitin sulphate types A and C and rich in proteins.

Methylsulfonylmethane (MSM): It is an organic compound rich in sulphur; it is contained in several foods of plant origin and in the horsetail plant.

Glucosamine: A component of cartilage, therefore naturally present in our body, it is an amino sugar of primary importance for the formation of cartilage components.

Chondroitin sulphate: Cartilage is made up of collagen plus proteoglycans, which are proteins linked to sugar chains (called glycosaminoglycans). Chondroitin sulphate is one of the main glycosaminoglycans.

Vitamin C: It contributes to the physiological formation of collagen, which is necessary for proper cartilage function.
