Take 1 tablet daily, in the evening before going to bed.

Jet lag: In the case of jet lag, the beneficial effect is obtained with the intake of a minimum of 0.5 mg of melatonin on the first day of travel and for a few days after arrival at destination.
Sleep: taking 1 mg of melatonin just before going to bed reduces the time required to fall asleep.

Melatonin is a molecule physiologically released by our brain at dusk, which regulates the sleep-wake rhythm. It is also found in many foods, including fresh milk, tomatoes, and bananas. Melatonin supplementation is useful when you you have trouble falling asleep.
