A dry extract of the bark is used from this plant. It is helpful in naturally regulating carbohydrate metabolism. -White mulberry: White Mulberry and Black Mulberry are used in the breeding of silkworms, as their leaves are the main food of these insects. In Emilia-Romagna, still today, the wood of this tree is essential for the production of balsamic vinegar of Modena.-Sweet potato: Unlike the classic potato, it has a much lower glycemic index. The dry extract of this tuber limits and regulates the absorption of the nutrients.Chromium: This is a metal found in nature primarily as a ferrous mineral.
