Have you heard the latest news from Naturando?
Starting this summer, the new Omega 3 with an improved formula has arrived.

The importance of Omega-3 for the health and wellbeing of the population is now a well-established fact.
In recent years, more and more studies have been published that support this thesis.
The latest data, even stronger, show which are the best sources, the most effective type, the correct dosages (based on needs), and synergistic combinations.
Following this latest evidence, Naturando decided to update the formulation of its previous Omega 3 while maintaining the same high quality.
The new formula: sustainability and quality
The new Omega 3 from Naturando is a supplement based on Omega-3 from fish oil and Vitamin E.
Which fish oil?
The selected fish oil is obtained from wild anchovies (Engraulis ringens) fished off the coast of Peru, in the Pacific Ocean.
These are small-sized fish, chosen because they do NOT suffer from the issue of heavy-metal bioaccumulation typical of larger fish (e.g., tuna, salmon).
Omega-3: EPA and DHA
EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) and DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) are the main essential fatty acids required by our body.
EPA and DHA are important nutrients [1].
With just one softgel per day of Naturando’s new Omega 3, it is possible to support normal brain and visual function and contribute to normal heart function [2].
Previously, 2 softgels per day were needed for the same effect.
By taking 4 softgels per day, normal triglyceride levels can be maintained [3].
Meanwhile, taking 5 softgels per day helps maintain normal blood pressure [4].
This is possible because each softgel provides 1000 mg of fish oil standardized to 35% EPA and 25% DHA.
Therefore, each softgel provides 350 mg EPA and 250 mg DHA.
Which form of Omega-3?
Over the years, there have been many discussions and doubts regarding the oral bioavailability of Omega-3.
However, recent scientific advances have allowed a clearer classification of the different forms of Omega-3 and their absorption capacity.
First generation: Natural triglycerides: low Omega-3 content
Second generation: Ethyl esters: high Omega-3 content; low absorption
Third generation: Re-esterified triglycerides: high Omega-3 content; improved absorption; fewer adverse effects
Naturando’s New Omega 3 provides third-generation Omega-3: Re-esterified Triglycerides (r-TG).
This form is better absorbed and therefore more bioavailable when taken orally, compared with Omega-3 in Ethyl Ester (EE) form used in Naturando’s previous supplement.
Not just Omega-3
In addition to EPA and DHA, Vitamin E has been added.
Several studies show that the combined intake of Omega-3 and Vitamin E results in a synergistic action in lipid-metabolism control, especially concerning triglyceride levels.
Who is Naturando’s new Omega-3 recommended for?
For anyone who needs it.
The new formula meets the needs of those who fail to take adequate quantities of these nutrients through their diet.
Examples include people following restrictive or unvaried diets, such as vegetarians or vegans, or those with increased requirements during specific life stages such as pregnancy or later adulthood. Athletes are another example.
In all situations where dietary Omega-3 intake may be insufficient, supplementation should be considered.
Let us always remember, however, that it is the healthcare professional who advises Omega-3 supplementation, with a precise dosage, to support a specific function.
When and how much should be taken?
Finally, an important aspect is timing.
Although formulation does most of the work, paying attention to the correct time of day to take Omega-3 can improve its effect.
Recent studies have shown that taking Omega-3 during meals can facilitate absorption, especially when the meal contains an adequate amount of fats.
Taking the product with food also helps counteract the unpleasant “fishy aftertaste” that may sometimes occur after taking these supplements.
These are the new features of Naturando’s Omega-3.
A truly “impactful” innovation!
